Manchu Vishnu donates for ‘MAA’ association

On the joyous occasion of his daughter Ayra Vidya Manchu’s birthday on 9th August, Vishnu Manchu, President of the Movie Artists Association (MAA), has generously donated ₹10 lakhs to support the welfare of underprivileged artists within the association. This significant contribution will be directed towards aiding artists who are facing financial hardships, ensuring they receive the necessary support and care.

Over the past three years, the Movie Artiste Association has experienced remarkable growth under Vishnu’s visionary leadership. His plans for the future include a dedicated MAA building, a project that, while still in the early stages, symbolizes his commitment to creating a lasting legacy for the association. The realization of this vision is eagerly anticipated by the members.

Vishnu’s tenure has been marked not only by his contributions to the association but also by his courageous stand against the growing issue of derogatory content posted by some YouTubers targeting actors and their families. This bold move garnered widespread support from various film industries across the country, with many senior actors publicly praising his efforts on social media and in the press. Vishnu’s decisive action has solidified his reputation as a fearless leader and has earned him support and respect from artists far beyond the Telugu film industry.

The Movie Artiste Association extends its heartfelt gratitude to Vishnu for his unwavering commitment, leadership, and dedication to the welfare of the artist community.

Vishnu will next be seen in the highly anticipated film Kannappa, which is set to release in December 2024. Boasting a huge star cast, Kannappa is one of the most awaited films in Indian cinema today.
