Director Osho Tulasiram, who previously set a trend for women-centric films in Telugu cinema with movies like Mantra and Mangala, is back with his latest venture, Dakshina. Produced by Ashok Shinde under the banner of Cult Concepts , Dakshina stars Kabali fame Sai Dhansika in the lead role, alongside Mahabharat Murders actor Rishav Basu in another prominent role.
The recently released glimpses and trailer of the film have received an overwhelming response. The trailer was launched by renowned director Buchi Babu, and the film is set for a grand release in theaters on October 4. The members of the film unit are confident that Dakshina will redefine the thriller genre.
