“Star Boy” Siddhu Handovers 15 lakhs Cheque to Telangana CM

Talented young actor Siddhu Jonnalagadda, fondly known as “Star Boy”, met Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy today to hand over a cheque of Rs. 15 lakhs for the CM Relief Fund. This contribution is part of Siddhu’s earlier pledge to provide financial aid to the flood victims of both Telugu states.

When Andhra Pradesh and Telangana were severely impacted by the devastating floods, Siddhu had announced a total donation of Rs. 30 lakhs, pledging Rs. 15 lakhs each to the CM Relief Funds of both states.

In an emotional note posted at that time, Siddhu wrote, “This should not have happened. This is not fair, No one deserves this plight. The devastating impact of the recent floods has left many families in anguish, and it is in times like these that our collective compassion truly matters. With a profoundly heavy heart, I have decided to contribute 30 Lakh rupees (15 Lakhs to AP & 15 Lakhs to Telangana) to the flood relief fund. No amount of money can undo the damage, but I pray that it helps in some way to rebuild lives and restore faith.”

Honoring this promise, Siddhu personally handed over the cheque to CM Revanth Reddy today. He was accompanied by his father Sai Kumar, Congress leader Dr C Rohin Reddy, Mahendra, and producer Kasi Konda.
