It is already established that Ustaad Ram Pothineni is working with talented young filmmaker Mahesh Babu P for a film tentatively titled RAPO22. The project is being produced by the top production house Mythri Movie Makers, with Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili as producers. This marks Ram’s 22nd film, which is why it is currently referred to with the working title #RAPO22. The film’s second schedule recently commenced in Rajahmundry.
Incidentally, Andhra Pradesh’s Cinematography and Tourism Minister Kandula Durgesh visited the #RAPO22 shooting location in Rajahmundry. He met and interacted with Ram Pothineni and spent around an hour at the shoot.
Minister Kandula Durgesh expressed his admiration for Ram’s dance skills, saying that Ram performs exceptionally well, almost like a rubber spring. He also interacted with the film crew and highlighted the beautiful tourist destinations in Andhra Pradesh, particularly along the Godavari River. He mentioned that films shot in these scenic locations have achieved great success and wished the same for this movie. He extended his best wishes to the entire team.
The second schedule of the film began in Rajahmundry two weeks ago. When Ram Pothineni arrived at the airport for the shoot, he was given a grand welcome by fans, who greeted him with massive garlands made of banana stems.
In this film, Bhagyashri Borse plays the female lead alongside Ram. The technical crew includes Avinash Kolla as the Production Designer, Sreekar Prasad as the Editor, and Madhu Neelakandan as the Cinematographer. The music is composed by Vivek-Mervin, while Cherry serves as the CEO of the project.
