Star hero Manchu Manoj was the special guest at the grand Jallikattu festival held in the Chandragiri constituency of Tirupati. Fans of TDP, Janasena, and NTR gave him a spectacular welcome, with fireworks, drumbeats, and festive processions adding to the celebrations. The event featured beautifully decorated cattle paraded through the village, creating a vibrant and joyous atmosphere.
Expressing his happiness at being part of the festival, Manchu Manoj highlighted the cultural significance of Jallikattu, stating, “This festival has been celebrated since the British era and has been a proud tradition in Chandragiri for the past 20 years. Unlike the Jallikattu in Tamil Nadu, which is more intense, the celebrations here focus on devotion and respect for cattle. It is a festival that transcends caste and political affiliations, bringing people together in unity.”
Manoj also praised the local authorities for maintaining law and order, urging the enthusiastic youth to cooperate with the police to ensure a safe and peaceful celebration. Manchu Manoj also thanked the TDP, Janasena, and NTR fans for their warm and grand welcome.
