A press note was released today by the Home Affairs Department. In that press note, the names of the recipients of Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Sri, which are the most proud national awards in the country, have been disclosed. But usually these awards are given following various fields.
Giving is done in various fields such as art, social service, public affairs, science and engineering, business and industry, education, medicine, sports, and more. Thus, 5 Padma Vibhushan, 17 Padma Bhushan and 110 Padma Sri awards were given out of 132 awards from the President of our country this year.
So it is a matter of pride for our Telugu people that Chiranjeevi got the Padma Vibhushan awards this year. But it is known that he has received the Padma Bhushan award in the past. It is a matter of pride for Chiranjeevi to receive one of the 5 Padma Vibhushan awards in the country. Chiranjeevi got this honor in the field of art. When this matter was known, Chiranjeevi expressed his gratitude through his social media X. Thanking the people who gave him this award, he thanked the Government of India and the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, for bestowing this honor on him. He said that the achievement of this award is not his alone, but it belongs to the people even though he has been behind him for many years, and this award belongs to his fans.
Similarly, Tamil Nadu’s Vyjayanthimala Bali and Padma Subrahmanyam were awarded the Padma Vibhushan Award in the field of art, similarly in the field of public affairs our Telugu man Venkaiah Naidu and Bihar’s Bindeshwar Pathak were awarded the Padma Vibhushan in the field of social service.
