Mathu Vadalara, which was met with unanimous acclaim upon its release, became a sensational hit. Now, the same creative team is back with a sequel, Mathu Vadalara 2. Sri Simha Koduri will reprise his role in the lead, while Satya plays a key role as his buddy. The film is being directed by Ritesh Rana. Chiranjeevi (Cherry) and Hemalatha Pedamallu are producing under the banner of Clap Entertainment while prestigious banner Mythri Movie Makers are presenting the same. The announcement of this highly anticipated sequel was made today, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Sri Krishna Janmashtami The makers introduced the whimsical world through two posters.
The first-look poster features Sri Simha and Satya in dynamic poses, firing guns at their opponents. In the background, a building is prominently displayed with a nameplate reading H.E. Team (High Emergency Team). The poster hints that this sequel promises to be even more exhilarating than its prequel. The makers also released another poster that hints at crime elements incorporated in the sequel.
After the events of part 1, delivery agents Babu (Sri Simha) and Yesu (Satya) are back, but this time, they are special agents. These special agents promise special tasks, major howlers, more twists, and a lot of fun.
Faria Abdullah joins the whimsical universe of the sequel, which also features Sunil, Vennela Kishore, Ajay, Rohini, Raja Chembolu, Jhansi, Srinivas Reddy, and Gundu Sudharshan in significant roles. Each character is set to play a crucial part, promising an elevated level of entertainment with the inclusion of these well-known actors.
Kaala Bhairava provides music for the movie, while Suresh Sarangam handles the cinematography. Karthika Srinivas R is the editor.
The makers have announced to release Mathu Vadalara 2 on September 13th.
