Venkatesh To Add His Vocals For A Song From ‘Sankrantiki Vasthunnam’

After the massive success of his previous singing venture in the song Jingidi Jingidi from Guru, where Victory Venkatesh’s energetic vocals became a standout feature, the actor has once again stepped in as a singer. This time, it’s for his most-awaited film Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, which is set to release during the Sankranthi festival.

In a recent behind-the-scenes video shared by the team, director Anil Ravipudi, along with actors Venkatesh, Aishwarya Rajesh, Meenakshi Chaudhary, producer Shirish, and music director Bheems Ceciroleo, opened up about this exciting development.

Initially, Ravipudi had planned to bring in a popular Bollywood singer for the film’s special festival track. However, Venkatesh, with his usual charm, expressed a strong desire to sing the song himself. In the video, we see Venkatesh enthusiastically requesting the opportunity, and Ravipudi, after much persuasion, finally agreed.

This third track from Sankranthiki Vasthunnam is currently being filmed at the RFC, with the vibrant festival number taking shape. The first two songs from the film have already struck a chord with audiences, becoming instant hits, and now the anticipation for this Sankranthi special song has only grown stronger. Bhanu Master is the choreographer for this high-energy song.

Venkatesh steps into the shoes of a former police officer, while Aishwarya Rajesh takes on the role of his wife. Meenakshi Chaudhary portray his ex-girlfriend.

Presented by Dil Raju and produced by Shirish, the film has cinematography by Sameer Reddy, while AS Prakash oversees the production design. Tammiraju handles the editing, and the screenplay is crafted by S Krishna and G Adhinarayana. The intense action sequences are choreographed by V Venkat.

Sankranthiki Vasthunnam is set for release on January 14th on Sankranthi.
