Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi is coming up with a romantic action comedy Ace being directed and produced by Arumuga Kumar under the banner of 7Cs Entertainment. Rukmini Vasanth plays the female lead in the film which will be released in Telugu through Shree Padmini Cinemas. Under the presentation of Smt. Padma, Shree Padmini Cinemas, headed by B Shiva Prasad, the movie will have a grand release on May 23rd. Today, the film’s Telugu trailer was dropped.
Vijay Sethupathi introduces himself as “Bold” Kashi. He’s a master of reinvention, spinning a different tale for every listener. To a woman he’s trying to charm (Divya Pillai), he paints himself as a fearless crusader who dared to challenge injustice. In another scene, over a laugh with Yogi Babu’s character, he casually tweaks the tale. Now it’s not Bold but Bolt, because of his quirky habit of swiping bolts off vehicles. Then, in a quieter moment with Rukmini Vasanth, the nickname takes on a romantic hue. He likens himself to the electric charge that crackles between thunder and lightning, intense and unpredictable. But underneath the shifting stories is a man with purpose.
