After winning hearts with films like MAD and MAD Square, youthful and energetic hero Sangeeth Shobhan is back as the lead in an upcoming movie titled Gamblers. The film stars Prashanthi Charulingah as the female lead, with notable roles played by Rocking Rakesh of KCR fame, Prudhvi Raj Bann, Sai Shwetha, Jasvika, Bharani Shankar, Malhotra Shiva, and Siva Reddy.
The movie is being produced by Sunitha and Rajkumar Brindavan under the banners of Reshmas Studios and Snap & Clap Entertainment. KSK Chaitanya directs the film. The team previously produced a science fiction film Srivalli under the direction of prominent writer-director Vijayendra Prasad.
Currently in its final stages of post-production, Gamblers is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on June 6. The makers released the first look of the movie on Friday.
Speaking about the film, director KSK Chaitanya said, “Gamblers is a mystery entertainer. Audiences will see a new side of Sangeeth Shobhan in this film. This movie explores a different dimension of his acting. The thrilling elements and unexpected twists will leave the audience surprised. The film is based on a unique concept and has something for everyone.”
Producers added, “With MAD and MAD Square, Sangeeth Shobhan has gained a strong following among the youth. He plays a role in this film that is completely different from his previous ones. We are confident that Gamblers, with its new concept and thrilling narrative, will entertain all kinds of viewers.”
The cast also includes Srikanth Iyengar, Madhusudhan Rao, Chatrapathi Sekhar, Surya Bhagawan Das, among others.
